West Island Yoga Classes
All Levels Yoga in the West Island and NDG
An ideal class for the beginner and more advanced. Great for those who want to get back to the basics with a gentle yet dynamic class. We work at gradually increasing flexibility, strength and an overall sense of well-being through the postures and deep relaxation.
This 10-12 week course will cover:
Enjoy the energy of Sivananda yoga in a group setting. Continue your practice, extend the length of time you hold the basic postures, and learn new variations to keep you challenged. Through the breathing exercises (pranayama) and the postures (asanas) attempt to enhance your spiritual capabilities.
The outcome is a very deep, peaceful, balanced, floating feeling.
West Island Yoga & N.D.G. Yoga Locations
Two locations for your convenience. Both studios are clean, bright, spacious rooms in a beautiful, calm, quiet, yoga center space. Cushions are provided, please bring your own yoga mat.
