Argue for your limitations, and sure enough
Many of us spend much time complaining about our situations.
It could be a lack of financial freedom, someone who gets on our nerves, our job, sickness,
a lack of free time, and so on.
But as long as we constantly talk about our lack, we create it.
Boldly Redirect Your Thoughts and Feelings
As Catherine Ponder states in The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity:
"But if you wish to enjoy more prosperity and success in life,
you have to consciously, boldly and deliberately take hold of your thoughts and feelings
and redirect them toward prosperity and success.
"It is up to you to dare to choose and radiate outward through your thinking what you really wish to
experience in life, rather than to get bogged down in unpleasant or failure experiences of the moment.
"These conditions can change as quickly as you change your thinking about them."
The Little Engine That Could
When I teach the headstand to beginners I usually mention the children's book
The Little Train That Could.
This is the story of the little train who, in order to make it to the top of the hill, repeated over and over,
"I think I can, I think I can, I think I can."
With the headstand or any other difficult posture or challenge in life,
the saying "seeing is believing" is backwards!
You must first believe in what you want to achieve in order to be able to see and attain it.
One of the 5 points in Sivananda Yoga Philosophy is
Positive Thinking and Meditation.

newsletter #3.
Habit #1: Be Proactive
I recently participated in the workshop
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
It transformed many areas of my life, and I highly recommend it.
Feel free to contact me for details.
The first habit is to "be proactive".
One of the underlying principles is: "individuals are responsible for their own choices and
have the freedom to choose."
In other words, you are the creator of your universe.
It is up to you to create what you want in your life.
It is up to you to choose how you respond to difficult situations in life
and strive to remain positive while moving forward towards achieving all that you desire.
